Project: New Headquarters Building for Timoney Technology Ltd

A new Headquarters Building for the international operations of the Timoney Group who specialise in the design, testing and manufacture of mobility systems for heavy vehicles and specialist vehicles. The facility includes a large engineering design office, a test building for performance testing of drivelines and independent suspension systems, administration offices and ancillary accommodation.

Primarily a steel and glass structure, the building structure required to facilitate a heavily serviced internal environment. A steel column and truss structure was chosen to fit with the architectural design, to facilitate the integration of services, and to provide for a rapid construction programme.

The project is due for completion during the summer of 2012
