Project: New Workshop, Vehicle Test Centre and Stores for Mullingar Autos Ltd

We were engaged as consulting engineers by Mullingar Autos for the provision of a new workshop, stores, spare parts and vehicle test centre on the site of their existing workshop. The challenges encountered on this project included the design and phasing of the new building in a manner that would allow the original workshop and associated services to continue to operate until part of the new building was ready to allow the client to move in. The original workshop could then be demolished and the remaining sections of the new building completed. Work commenced on this project in late 2009 and was completed in early 2011.
